Juancheng Zhanbang Chemical Co., Ltd. can annually produce 480,000 tons of formaldehyde (Phase I), 1,000 tons of tert-Butylhydrazine hydrochloride, 10,000 tons of Phthalimide, 10,000 tons of N-hydroxymethyl Phthalimide, 2,000 tons of 4-TERT-BUTYLBENZYL CHLORIDE, 2,000 tons of [4-(tert-butyl)phenyl] methanethiol, 30,000 tons of Caramel color, 300,000 tons of Urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive, and the deep-processing project; The total investment of the project is CNY 320 million, with an area of 75,371 square meters, including a total construction area of 23,000 square meters, a production plant of Class B and C with a total area of 16,400 square meters, a product warehouse of 4,800 square meters and a three-story office building of 3,000 square meters.

Project Advantages: This project is an energy-saving and environment-friendly project supporting upstream and downstream, which can promote industrial coupling in the park and realize the recycling, low-carbon and energy-saving development of the park. The formaldehyde production process fully recycles the reaction heat and the heat recovered from catalytic incineration of the exhaust gas. The expected value of by-product steam is 680kg/T, which is all used for recycling of downstream deep-processed products to save costs. This project is in line with the current industrial policies, and its energy-saving and environment-friendly performance and safety conform to Heze City High-end Chemical Industry Development Plan (2019 - 2025).

The annual output value of this project can reach CNY 600 million and realize tax revenue of CNY 20 million; thus this project has positive significance for realizing the leap-forward development of the economy and the overall goal of Juancheng County and makes due contribution to speeding up the local economic development.
